It Will be Worth It

Heard this song at church today, as part of a message about patient endurance. As in, trusting God knows what He is doing and that He hasn’t forgotten you, even during the low points of life and when you’re not getting the answers you’re hoping for.

Great reminder to me to keep pressing on when life doesn’t make sense, or when the answers may not seem to be coming.

At the same time today, a great opportunity to give thanks for all of the things that are coming together and the answers to prayer that have been given.

God is faithful. Keep going. Keep trusting. Keep turning to Him. The reward will be worth it, in the end.

Have a great day.

Fall Into Kindness

Sometimes, life just gets hard, doesn’t it? Things don’t seem to add up. Frustration, sadness, even confusion can all set in.

Why doesn’t it seem to be working out? You might be asking that question right now. I’ve asked that question before…totally get it.

Heard this song today and thought it might bring you some encouragement if you’re in this place at the moment.

God will meet you exactly where you are. His kindness never ends, even when life doesn’t make sense.

“You’re with me still.”

Praise Him! Amen.

Worthy of Your Name

If you’re going through a tough time right now, I hope this song encourages you. It’s one of my favorites at the moment.

Enjoy, and know that God loves you!

Have a great day.

Giving It All

We’re giving it all away, away. We’re giving it all to go Your way!

Our youth group worship band played this to kick off the night and a message on giving that I was privileged to deliver to the kids this week. Will work on posting the full message here soon, but for now, this great song to help get you in the giving spirit today.

You can give, no matter where you are in life right now – and you don’t need a dime to do it! God will bless you when you give, whether it’s financially or through acts of kindness…He sees your heart.

So, I encourage you to find a way to give today. You never know who you might bless in the process, and the blessing you may receive from it as well.

Have a great day!

Let Me Be Singing

The sun comes up, it’s a new day dawning…it’s time to sing Your song again.
Whatever may pass, and whatever lies before me…let me be singing when the evening comes.

This is without a doubt my favorite worship song right now.

Thanks for another great day, God. Thanks for my life. Thanks for saving me from myself. Thanks for the continued undeserved forgiveness and blessings I receive from You.

Whatever it is that comes in this day and this lifetime ahead of me, let me be singing Your praises at the end, just as I am singing them right now.

Amen.
