Super Bowl Sunday

Well, today is the big day. It’s the Super Bowl! Who are you picking to win? Make your choice in the poll box, above.

Hey, that’s alright. I know quite a few people who use the time when the game is on for food and bathroom breaks, then come back for the commercials.

I’m looking forward to the game and am hoping it’s not a blowout, so it’s fun to watch throughout.

Still remember watching Super Bowl 20 with my Dad, back in the day. Maybe the Bears will win another one, sometime. Maybe.

As for me, I added the last option for a reason. I’ll do just about anything to avoid getting on a plane. 🙂 But when I do fly, I prefer the window. It’s nice to see what’s out there and I have been able to enjoy some great sunsets and scenery on the way to and from the places I’ve been.

Black Friday to Start Earlier Than Ever

Haven’t done a poll in a long time…this seemed like a topic that might get a reaction though 🙂

Wal-Mart will be kicking off its Black Friday sales at 8 p.m. local time Thanksgiving night this year, two hours earlier than last year. It seems to get a little earlier every year, doesn’t it?
