Here’s a ground level view from one section of Matthiessen State Park. It’s a great place to visit and explore, with plenty of terrain changes, rock formations and waterfalls. My wife and I took an afternoon hike there, recently.

I believe this is Lick Creek. The video was taken at McNaughton Park in Pekin, Illinois. Nice place!
Listen to the ice as it knocks against the rocks and logs in the water while it floats down the creek. Ah, peacefulness…even when it’s cold outside. 🙂
