I hope this song and its lyrics will encourage you today.

Life has a way of bringing what seem to be mountains into the path of where you are and where you feel your happiness lies. Those mountains can look mighty tall, I’ll attest to that from personal experience. But you’ll make it. Like the song says, it’s not as high as you think it is.

And remember, you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you (Phil 4:13) so hang in there. Choose to find the joy in the moment you’re in, even though it may be hard to do it. It will serve you well, and that mountain will start looking a lot smaller before you know it.

Advice for myself today…and anyone else who may need it.

Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Sometimes life gets hard and worries can build up fast. It’s just nice to know God is listening.
