A Great Plan

I wanted to share this today for anyone who might need a little shot in the arm in the encouragement category.

Believe it, friends. Believe it. There is an awesome plan made specifically for you, whether or not you can see it right now.

No matter how much you might think things aren’t going to go well for you or how much you wonder why things aren’t a certain way right now, just know that God knows the plans He has for you (Jeremiah 29:11) and they are so, so good. Better than you can imagine. Whatever you’re going through is only prelude to what is waiting for you.

So be encouraged and know that everything is gonna be alright.

Your Cards

Life will deal you some seemingly bad cards sometimes and perhaps you’re wondering what to do with them right now. Well, you need to know that those cards you don’t like have been dealt into the same hand that also has an ace or two.

Finding the good stuff in there and then choosing to focus on that, instead of the not so good stuff, can be a difference maker in your life.

Easier said than done, of course. But so important.

You may be down right now, lamenting your apparent misfortune. But take a few moments and reexamine those cards. I guarantee you’ll find some good ones in there and when you do, I hope you’ll focus on them and move forward knowing you’ve got a winning hand to play, no matter where you are right now.

There is a good plan for your life. Focus on what you have and go in confidence, knowing things will start going your way before you know it.

Life has a way of bringing what seem to be mountains into the path of where you are and where you feel your happiness lies. Those mountains can look mighty tall, I’ll attest to that from personal experience. But you’ll make it. Like the song says, it’s not as high as you think it is.

And remember, you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you (Phil 4:13) so hang in there. Choose to find the joy in the moment you’re in, even though it may be hard to do it. It will serve you well, and that mountain will start looking a lot smaller before you know it.

Amen. I’m so thankful for God’s never-ending love and never-ending forgiveness.

Whatever you’re going through right now, just know God loves you and He has all the love and mercy you’ll ever need…and a whole lot more on top of that.

Don’t hesitate to talk with Him. He will listen and will never leave you alone, no matter what happens in your life.

His love for us is endless. It never runs out! What an amazing gift that is.
