You Make a Way

“Where there is no way, You make a way.”

This particular lyric of this song came to mind today and it reminded me that when life may seem confusing, or when it seems like we’re fighting an uphill battle or when we think, “No way”…God has bigger plans for us.

He has, can and will make a way. Even when it seems like there is no way.

Not sure if you’re going through something difficult right now, but just sharing some encouragement that God won’t leave your side while you’re going through it. Even if it takes repeating these lyrics, just know that you haven’t been forgotten. The best is yet to come.

Fortress

When my fear is overwhelming, on Your promise I will stand. You are faithful to the end…

…and when the battle comes, I know You’re my defender. A mighty fortress is our God. And when the victory’s won, I know I’ll still be standing. A mighty fortress is our God.

Our hands are lifted up, the King of Glory fights for us! One word will rise above, in Jesus’ name we overcome!

Gotta be honest, I am unable to listen to this song without getting completely fired up about the love that Christ has for me…and for all of us. He loves us, friends. That’s something to celebrate and take complete comfort in. Nothing that could ever come against us is too much for our God to handle.

Thank you God for being our mighty fortress!

Bigger Than Any Battle

‘Your love is deeper than the ocean, You wash away my brokenness…You are bigger than any battle I’m facing.’

Amen to that. God is in control, even when things in our lives might seem like they’re spinning out of control.

Posting this today for anyone who might need that comfort or perhaps a reminder that God is bigger than the battle you are facing. He is!
