New starts are always encouraging and every day I see it as a new start and a new opportunity God gave me to change things in my life, which are hindering me to become more Christ like, which is my ultimate goal. So in other words no I do not wait for the beginning of the year to make a resolution. 🙂 Regards Alton http://www.JESUSaves.net
Good stuff, thanks for sharing, Alton! I like your comment about new opportunity – I firmly believe that every day provides a brand new chance to be the best person we were created to be. God is good. Have a great day!
Thanks so much for reading and commenting, Jonna! I checked out the post, some good ones in there. Smiling more is a great one, thanks for sharing that. Happy New Year and blessings to you in 2016!

I wouldn’t say that I make resolutions. More like short term goals. For example: smile more often at strangers. I actually wrote a blog about this very topic. Here is the link https://jonnara.wordpress.com/2015/12/29/new-years-resolutions-minimum-effort-required/
