Yes Eric, unthinkable horror there and elsewhere. Getting to know some folks with family members who went through this has given me a better appreciation of the perseverance of those who were able to survive long enough to become free again. The photo of the former prisoner kneeling at the feet of the soldier in the article is incredible and tells the entire story of this meeting without even needing a word.
