Where You’re Meant to Be

How many times do you think, ‘How did I get here? Why am I here?’ I know I’ve thought that more than just a few times.

But the words above are true. Where you are right now is exactly where you’re meant to be. It might not be where you’re meant to stay, but it is where you’re meant to be. Hopefully you can find peace in that. It’s so important to have peace.

God’s got you right where He wants you. No matter what has led you to where you are and no matter how much pain you’ve felt along the way, you’re here. You made it! That certainly counts for something.

Where you go from here and how you look at your situation in the meantime, well, a lot of that is up to you. May the choices you make be ones that bring honor to God and joy to your life.

Have a good day.

  1. I agree, what matters most is how we perceive where we are at, and what decisions we make about it.

When approached constructively, the world offers us many upward leading opportunities. The trick is to chose wisely.

My personal experience is that whenever I’ve felt sorry for myself, and hated the situation I found myself in (and created myself in fact), and wanted to get out of it because of feeling unhappy, that kind of approach never helped me get out of it. It just made me feel worse and more conflicted.

I found out that the better way to live is just to do best with what’s there in front of you, follow your good intentions, and take care of others and of what needs to be taken care of. And the world seems to cooperate, and provide you with better options and possibilities. “As ye saw, so shall ye reap.” The good things that we contribute to life make it better, more beautiful, regardless of where we start. We just need to make sure that we give to life, generously, and life WILL give us more opportunities.

    1. Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! I completely agree that taking a giving attitude and thinking of what we can give to this life instead of worrying about what we’re getting can work wonders. Have a blessed day and thanks again for commenting!
