Foods You Know You Shouldn’t Eat But Yet You Eat Anyway #432

The apple fritter.

There is no possible upside to eating this from a long-term (or short-term for that matter) health standpoint…but my gosh, these things are good.

Apples, cinnamon, and various other ingredients (all ‘natural’ of course) baked together and topped with a sugary glaze. Beautiful. The photo doesn’t really do it justice – this was quite a feast.

Time to go into remedial eating mode to offset all of that sugar. Tasteless salad for lunch, here I come. Sigh.
